They have taken money out of my bank account of which i never agreed to them taking the amount of £4.99 was taken for cream i never recived that was for postage and a week latter they took £88 of which the bank have been trying to get back but so far have had now joy. Iwould like all my monie returned asap as i am a pensioner and can not afford to loose this amount of monie
