Total chaos

I called in today because my new lawyer wanted access to my phone records.

I needed to get to the subpoena department.

I went through multiple phone menus, got disconnected many times, got sent to the wrong departments many times, was told there was no such department when I had already spoken to that dept. Once before and knew it existed, had my neck and shoulder in pain because I had been on the phone for so long because of the long waits and phone menus that don't fit your question.

My land line had been hijacked, my cell phone had been hijacked, my computer hacked into and a criminal lawyer wanted that form as I had been retaliated against after whistleblowing on a politician and AT&T wasted hours worth of time and I never did get the form I needed!
