I had Direcway, Direcpc and direcTV for almost 5 years. I moved to a senior residence in May and left direcway open for 2 weeks until I got MSNtv established.in june I started trying to cancel encountering long menus, long waits, confusing requests and losing contact and being unable to complete the cancellation. She told me there would be one more bill for August but it would be a paper bill. On the bill is an Email. I wrote a long note explaining why I wouldn't pay this bill and it was returned. The E address was not recognized Tomorrow I resort to snail mail.
