I visited store # 307131 on 11/06 and was serviced by someone by the name of AISHA at 12:34 PM. The receipt # was 0248. I was verbally abused and humiliated in public by Aisha simply because I complained about the line being so long. I had been waiting on the line for an extended period of time when an employee of Dunkin Donut bypassed everyone and proceeded to the front of the line. She engaged in a conversation with Aisha. I stated that she was delaying the services rendered by Aisaha by engaging a conversation with her. Aisaha got defensive and frustated and replied in a humiliating fashion. She seemed frustated because she was the only person in the person while the line was getting longer and longer.
I did not visit the store to be humiliated by Dunkin Donuts Staff simply because the store was understaffed and undersupplied. I have been a loyal customer for the past 10 years. As of this moment, I will take my business elsewhere or bring my coffee and donuts from home. Furthermore, I will encourage my coworkers to the same.
