I was having problems with programs on my computer. I had e mailed ATT. So when i got the call I thought it was ATT about microsoft. I am not sure about the date 10/17/12? How do I report this? I paid them 151 dollars. Also I received another phone from them saying I would receive a refund, because they were having techical problems with the system. When ever I call it will say the person you are trying to reach is not available.
