Shaun Wilson called me and told me his company was an affiliate of Microsoft and since he had access to my computer, I believed him. He told me my computer was in great need of repair and he could fix it to run faster and efficiently. However, I have had nothing but problems since he worked on my computer. Calls to his office are not returned; e-mails state someone will call me and they never do. After all this trouble, I emailed Microsoft and the person who e-mailed me back told me I had been scammed. The charge was made on a credit card and I would appreciate if you could help me get it back. I e-mailed them for a refund but, of course, that didn't happen even though they guarantee if you're not satisfied, they will return your money within 30 days... What a joke!
