I ordered a pair of children's shoes for 22.95 from this website and paid via Paypal. About 10 days later I received a rubber pencil in the mail shipped from China. 12 days later I googled Anne-shoes in an attempt to contact them to get information about my missing shoes. I could not find the original website, but discovered that the company is apparently a scam known for sending out worthless goods in an attempt to circumvent Paypal's claims process. Mystery of the rubber pencil solved. I have filed a claim with Paypal and will see what happens. It's hard for me to understand why Paypal continues to allow Anne-shoes to conduct business via their site.
