I'm from Germany I ordered 4 pair shoes (2 for my brother and 2 for me) on anne-shoes.com.
After three weeks the company has send a bath hood instead of the shoes. The envelope was send from China. At that times I don't know whether it is with anne-shoes had to do. Therefore I continue to wait but nothings come. And now I read the complaints of anne-shoes and I don't know what i have to do. I write a conflict resolution to paypal but I think it is to late to get my money back.
I hope anyone can help me I do not know what to do.
