Brandon *BJ* Cooke is a rip off artist. He got us to buy timeshare in Willis Texas. We sold three weeks from our Mexico Timeshare to BJ / PRL and was to recieve a large check the 1st of November. Never recieved. So I have been calling BJ for the last four months and no answer. I have called PRL, Sunset Harbor Resort and no one answered. I finally got a recording today from PRL stating they sold Sunset Harbor Resort to Vacation Timeshare Rental. Well I called and emailed them. No answer and the email is fake. No such address. Beware of this BJ Cooke. So were out alot of money.
