Sunset Harbor resort (timeshare) along with PRL falsely promoted a timeshare "deal" and never completed their program. They scammed many people and with the cooperation of J Cooke, Bill Mitchell, Joshua Fazenbaker, Misty Moran, Andrew Lauer and Jessica McLenaghan - were able to promote and sell the timeshare purchase as access to Points Rental Liquidators.
