I was told at a dinner meeting on March 26 at O'Charley's in Oxford, AL that we could join Points Rental Liquidators, LLC if we bought a Time Share at Sunset Harbor Resort in Texas. I paid $495.00 at the time of the meeting to Points Liquidators, LLC as a down payment on a unit at Sunset Harbor Resort. I was also told at this time that the Points Liquidators would rent my resort unit in Tree Tops Resort as well as Sunset Harbor. I would receive a check for the points they would rent. RCI sent me a credit card immediately to make the payments.in October Tree Tops Resort called me about the October unit not being used and I have not received any payment from Points Liquidators. When I phoned Sunset Harbor they stated that Points Liquidators no longer worked for them. Since Points Liquidators and Sunset Harbor Resorts in Texas have not honored our contract I am requesting my contract with Sunset Harbor Resorts be voided.
