Nov. 7, my wife and I where invited to Perks Resturant in Appleton, Wi. For an up-date on the RCI program and a free meal. After going to the site we met B.J. (Brandon) Cooke of Sunset Harbor Resort and Andrew. They told us about this new program from Point Rental Liquidators. That if we brought a time share thru Sunset Harbor Resort we would be able to sell off our extra time share points for cash. So we brought the time share and we where told that the Bank of America card they offered was the only way to get into the system. So we took out the Bank of America card and placed the $8495 on the card. B.J. Cooke said that by Jan. Or Early Feb. We would get paid the $8500 back from our unused time share we gave them to use.in March we contacted them in ref. To the money and to deposit 150,000 more points for $12,500.00 to be paid in July (?). Later we were told that the first would be delayed until Julyand the second money would be in around Nov. I called in Nov. To find out that they closed up. The new company was dealing with Sunset Harbor now is Vacation Services International Williamsburg Va. Then on Dec 156, we received a letter from the Sunset Harbor Resort saying they are not working with PRL or Vacation Services but are now SRH II Luxury Condo Assoc. Sunset Harbor.
I vcaled on Jan. 21 to try and get my money back but no one has called and since then all I get is "Due to high the office will call you back in two or three days". I tried to talk to a Bill Mitchell President of the Assocation. And also no answer and it seems like they are offering the same money back deal. So I would like my money back and the promised money for the points and they can have my timse share back. I will not pay then one more cent towards maint. Or other fees.
