Never provice the service but cashed my $250 check

In Aug. 2012 I met with a Sader Power Rep. And filled out a contract and gave $250 check for the first year maintenance on solar panels. It is now November and they have not installed my solar panels but cashed my $250.00 check. It is not right to take someone money without providing the service, that is bad business practice.
