I purchased solar panels from Green Spring Energy 16 montths ago and was told that I would receive a REC check for the energy sold back every 3 months. To date I have received only 1, when I called to inquire I was told they will look into and get back to me in about a week, I was told the same thing when I called for the first check. I should not have to call a company to remind them of the money they owe me. I am considering getting more solar panels but it won't be with them nor will I refer my friends to them. Where did the good customers service go.
