We were anticipating the package (weighs 8kg) since FedEx the web sites confirmed the package is on the shipping car on November 19. But their the web sites confirmed the "Client unavailable" exclusion at midday. I named their Customer Services at 12:30pm and requested them to provide the package on a single time. A girl of FedEx named me at 1:30pm, she asked me what period will work for us. I responded that anytime is ok around since my spouse and boy are house. At 5:28pm, the woman named me and stated that they CAn't provide the package about the evening and questioned me to choose it-up.
I don't believe the package really was on the shipping car. FedEx is spouse. We settled it for that doorway-to-door providers however they drive us to get the 8kg package. This poor experience informs us DON'T use FedEx anymore.
