I have gone to Lordco Auto parts on numerous ocasions, the staff is very friendly, but due to lack of knowledge to do with cars, and car mantainance I have waisted many hour of work, time consumption, and loss of money due to car Fuel and/or public Transit Expenses.
I have constantly visited the store in a relaxed non agresive and proper comunication skilled manner.
I have had to return products by being constantly misinformed after asking for products to get the right product for my car mantainance. I understand that Lordco does not have mechanics as staff memebers.
I am not complaining about any rudeness to do with the staff.in fact I enjoy there friendly service. On one of the many incidents I was suggested to put a certain name brand Car Engine Oil into my BMW. Thankfully I did not put this brand into my engine oil, otherwise I would have totally ruined my engine and would have had to pay $500.00 in engine repairs if not, I would have had to to pay who knows how much more!
I did return this wrongly suggested product by a staff member, with my visit after been given the right name brand and product sugestion from a friend.
I did purchased the right oil engine product for my actual car engine oil eventually. There has been no problem with my engine since, perfect! I purchased another product his time in regards for a proper glue to stich leather on my car door interiors. So what happened? This product is not doing its work, it is not keeping my car door leather interiors stuck together.
I did actually place my concerns with the main manager at this Lordo location in Burnaby.
He was unwilling to really help me with my concern with my frequent waisted time and money consumption etc, due to my frequent visits after been giving the wrong products. He was not ruse in his tone of voice or his chosen words. He did not want to help me with my complaints, with any sort of discount, or special offers any type of appreciation for all my purchased products from Lordco at this location. I do not like to wais my time and energy with complaining, I have better things to with my time and enegy that are more and life enhancing to do with complaining about this.
This has happened over 8 times if not more at this location in regards to multiple unecesary visits! I hope this does not constantly happen to any other costumers?:)
