Rcvd call from Pat (female) of Risk Management, a 3rd party company assisting my bank, Pacific Cascade Federal Credit Union, with fraudulent credit card activity.
Risk Management reported a company called, "My East" charged my account $39.95 on 11/9. It appears that "My East" is also out of Great Britain as is another scam company called HCTC.com (which I've already reported via usacomplaints.com). I've not had any correspondence with either My East or HCTC. The Risk Management Co. Told me that the "red flag" for them was because of these companies based in Great Britain and they advised that I contact my financial institution (PCFCU) which I will do today.
