Has anyone had any success in getting there money back?
Risk Management of Scottsdale Arizona at the time took me for 13000. I would be willing to collaborate with other violated persons.
After a house fire in 2002 we turned to (mirracle management group at the time) Risk management to help settle our debt, instead of bankruptcy. What a mistake. Paid 23000 total, they settled 10k of debt, but with all the late fees and intrest accruing on the other accounts they did not save everyting. Not to mention that my credit rating is trashed. I still can't get a secured loan less than 15%.
Three diffrent civil suits filed against me, and thousands of dollars later we are finally back on our feet and ready to get some revenge. Anyone else fed up please reply.
