We have been with this company for four years. They have only settled two accounts for us. They have had many offers and did not respond. When I started out with them they were called Jubilee American Financial, then Risk Management Partners LTD. Now I can't get in touch with them by phone, e-mail or fax. I have contacted and reported them to the FTC and BBB. I don't know where else to go or who else to contact. They have over $8000 of my money and I can't afford to lose that. I was trying to settle my credit accounts, not to lose our money.
