Do not have BatteriesPlus replace your batteries in any watch.
BatteriesPlus ruined the back of my watch case because the clerk did not know how to open the watch case. The back of the case was scratched in several places and several dents were on the watch body. The clerk said he could not get the case open and then denied that he did any damage to the case and watch.
After calling corporate they refered me back to the franchaise store so then the run around starts. I met the store manager and he agree to cover the repair by their local watch repair shop. The repair shop did the best they could but several scratches were so deep and the case lettering could not be repaired. They also could not repair any of the dents.
I did not return to the store since both the clerk and store manager kept denying they did any damaged and gave me a hard time when I showed them the watch.
Don't go to this store, they deny when they damage your property, do not care about customer service and have no clue on how to open watch cases.
