I have a premier service contract with Home Serve USA (Home Serve) which includes tune-ups to my furnace. I made an appointment with Home Serve about six weeks ago for a tune-up. Home Serve scheduled the appointment for November 19th and on November 15th called me to reschedule for Sunday, November 18th between 12 and 6 PM. I called Home Serve at 5 PM and 6 PM to confirm the appointment on November 18th and was assured that a repair person would show up. At 8:30 PM I called Home Serve and was told that the appointment was canceled (no reason given) and that the appointment had been rescheduled without my permission for January 24th. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was refused. This is a breach of my contract and completely unprofessional conduct.
