I found two charges for $9.95 to this company on my cc bill after ordering a AquaChef cooker. I never recieved notification or any information about the service (not even how to sign in or use it). I reviewed my purchase and could find no place where I had agreed to this service. I contacted the company using the 800 number on my cc bill. I was firmly told they would only refund one month's charges. Their customer service could not explain how I was set up for it, or even what exactly it is.
