On November 12 I received a text from the phone number (619) 481-8220 saying: Your entry last month has WON! Go to TargetContests.com and enter your winning code 3874 to claim your FREE $1000 Target gift card within 24hrs. I did go to the website, but did not type anything in, so I don't believe I lost and money.
