Wonderful, charming folks work for this company... Their job and the website is geared completely to taking your money for something you don't need, don't want and had no idea you were buying. The website requires that you sign up to get info; unfortunately, I thought I was buying stamps and, the Postal Service used to require the same sign up. Unfortunately the review that comes up first on Google for this company is 4 1/2 stars with 107 reviews. Shame on me for not realizing these reviews were at THEIR website! I have not been able to log on to their website on ANY computer or network since I discovered this "scam, " never used their service AND only realized what had happened when I saw their first charge on my checking account. Got NO emails confirming anything, not in spam either. Note I am a computer professional and am very savvy in this Internet world so, if I got "had" NEVER having been "had" before, this is very good ruse. I'm out $15.99 and the customer service rep did a very good job of trying to keep me as a customer.in fact, I DID get an email (surprisingly this one came through) asking me to rate my customer experience. Unmitigated gall!"We're robbing you. Tell us how you like it!" It required 2 phone calls to finally close my account... Fingers crossed that it actually happened. Buyer BEWARE! This company is unethical at best. At worst, they know exactly what happens on their website and have set it up to do just that. I believe the latter and am considering notifying the US Postal Service. Unfortunately, right now, they have more crises on their collective minds! Too bad.
