My name is ernest pitts 404-914-1016. I paid comcast 109.00 dollar.in the middle of october my cable was off 2 weeks pryer to that. A lady called me and told me if I pay the remaining balance with my card today they will turn my cable on that day and they did. I didnt have the funds on that day so they said they will hold it to my account and take the money out when I get paid. The key word is remaining balance. I never got a october bill. I got a bill on Saturday. November 10.2012. It is 195.00 they claim I had a balance of 85.00 from october they also charged me 25.00 for picking up equipment that was never picked up. I never requested for a pick up. They also charged me for paying with my debit card. Comcast called me and asked for the money over the phone. I always pay at the office. Also recently, they started charging me 1.99 for each additional box. Also when i first opened my account with comcast I recieved 3 month free of show time. After 3 months they are charging me 10.00. I never asked for showtime! They just gave it to me. Im trying to keep my cable on but it is hard when comcast charge me for 2 months in advance. They are thives and they lie. I do have other important bills to pay. I just keep cable for my kids but I dont really need it if there gonna keep lying on there customers. I advise people to go with another company because comcast will add fees that dont excist. Something has to change im trying to work with comcast but they are not working with me.
