Hello, i'm making this complaint against a big company that believes in screwing the little consumer, my name is Nick, I purchased a beats by Dr Dre earphones (tour) and they were the worse, I had to return them three times to the company, the last time that I returned them the company decided to make an exchange and give me a totally barns new headphones, so they upgraded me, when they upgraded me, they said to me if I had any other situations in the future, they will be happy to help.
I just found out that the company split and the company severed ties with monster cable so HTC now has 51% in the company and monster cable only has 49%, so this means all rules and polices have changed, I was never notified of any changes to a terms of service agreement, and spent over an hour on the phone first with a dumb customer service agent, and then with a very cocky and disrespectful "manager".
The manger says that he does not report to anyone in the company, then he says that no one is over him, that is a lie, he reports to someone but chose not to give me the information, now i'm stuck with a set of headphones that I paid a lot of money for and they get off the hook, he says that the headphones is out of warranty, when just in march I was sent a new one, the problem here is apparently the two companies did not transfer all of the correct information with each other, so because of the lack of records in the system, you end up getting screwed. I'm hoping that someone stands up for me on this issue.
