I ordered what I thought to be 1000 thread count Egyptian Cotton Sheets and Pillowcases. When they arrived they were well packaged but after sleeping on them one night I had to remake my bed with my old sheets. The sheets I ordered were thin and scratchy. I thought I'd give it a chance and launder them. With one wash and dry they came out as thin as gauze and impossibly crinkled up.
I couldn't believe it. When I contacted them they said I could not return them after using them. I said, "how is a person to know unless they try the product?"
They didn't care about my concern and would not return my money. I had spent over $200. I feel scammed and used. They say there is nothing I can do so I am going to contact all the complaint agencies I can and let people know not to order or buy from this company. They will not get their money back. Don't be fooled by this internet advertiser as I was. I lost a lot of money for nothing.
