I (Kai K. Mong) and my wife visited Kool Smile dental office to clean our teeth in 2011. They extracted my teething what is not necessary to do do. Since that time, I am unable to masticate hard food. They put a new crown for my wife, but she mentioned that those fixations are uncomfortable. When we leave the premises, we asked the medical billing experts to verify whether we owed them any. They insisted that we owed them none. Now we received a bill saying that we owed them $67.08 for me and $100.88 for my wife. I went to the officein Norfolk, VA, and tried to solve the issue, but they couldn't reach resolution. They tried me to speak with Deanna at Insurance Billing Department. She became rude and violent. I am sure that she is a racist who has a connection with Regent University the so-called conspiracy hate group. This is a fraudulent/misleading billing practices. Therefore, please help me investigate to fix this rip-off. I pray that I should be entitlrd to get back $167.96 plus $100,000 punitive damages.
