They promised to provide payment for doctors vists and other wellness benefits. I gave them my account so they could take premiums. They have been taking premiums and have not responded to my phone calls. Nobody answers their phones or returns messages. I requested a schedule of benefits - they would not provide. THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE INSURANCE COMPANY!!! Even when claims were denied there was no email or otherwise any information as to why. If you are considering this company - don't do it!!
