Ripoff Midwest Transport collected Ins. Premiums FCE says they never recd!

This complaint is a he said-she said nightmare.
Midwest Transport collected our insurance premiums, the insurance compnay says they never received the money and dropped hundreds of employees like a hot potato!
The employer and the insurance company are pointing fingers at each other.in the meantime, employees like myself have multiple insurance claims that should be covered, since they took place before the insurance drop date. The premiums were paid... Someone has my money and the money of ALOT of employees.

However, we are being advised to try and settle with the doctors to avoid collection.

Midwest claims be retaining an attorney. Because they are just as disgusted as the employees.

I am trying to rally the troops and get feedback from others who are involved!!
