Ank of america sold my mortgage to nationstar, before this transaction took place I call nationstar to ensure that the parameters of my mortgage would remain absolutly the same and that no other conditions would be placed on my account. Nationstar replied that this would be the case. Since that time they have continually tried to change my account. I pay my own property taxes and insurance on the property and always have and both are current. Nationstar however has slapped an escrow account onto my mortgage and charged me for xtra costs such as property inspection for insurance purposes. I have repeatedly told them that I wil not pay for the escrow account or any charges not originally specified on my original mortgage. Additionally because they insist on keeping these charges on my account I cannot pay my mortgage by e billing because my account consistently shows these charges and the website will not allow me to pay my regular mortgage bill. So now I have to write checks every month and send it to them.
