This Mortgage company has been charging astronomical fees for insurance they put on their own and not the current one it had with Bank Of America, my mother was switched from BofA to Nationstar Mortgage and now has put there own insurance of over 2300 dlls for a property only worth 172K, and are trying to get away with it. They were billed by the same insurance it has had for over 4 years, and did not pay the bill, and added their own fire insurance, we had no problems before until they switched us to this company. I am filing a complaint to Department of Justice as well. These fees and charges need to stop, and we need to fight back on these bogus and fraudulant fees and charges they want to keep adding.
