In early August, we received a brochure from some friends about vacations with discounted prices. We were interested in an 8 day/7 night cruise for $249 per person. We contacted Worldwide America Travel and they informed us that we would need to send $1000 ($250 from each person) to them to get the process started for our cruise. Next, we were told to send $276 ($69 per person) to Travel Center for another processing and activation fee. And lastly, we were told to send $1196 ($299 per person) for fees and taxes to Infinity Incentive Group. The person at Infinity informed us that we would need to pay an additional $1195.84 ($612 for one couple and $583.14 for the other couple) for our cruise. We informed them that we sent $1000 to Worldwide America Travel and that money was supposed to go for our trip but they said they never received any money from them and all they had was the $1196. For about a week now, we have been contacting these 3 companies (Worldwide America Travel, Travel Center & Infinity Incentive Group) on this matter without any success to get the problem resolved.
