I called them over a month ago to cancel membership. They still did an automatic charge to my account. When I called today to ask that they reverse the charge and cancel my membership, the phone rep was extremely rude and tried to talk me out of canceling my membership. She said it was against company policy! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that wasn't possible and she would handle the account. Her name was Aunyai.
I am requesting a refund of this month's charge of $39.95 and assurance my membership has been cancelled. This is clearly a company with sleazy and unethical business practices. I notice there are over 100 complaints on your website alone against them. Beware!!
