Faithwriters
Did not cancel my membership upon request, and is charging me for another month of membership now

I tried to cancel my faithwriters.com membership last week by emailing them at their writer support email address: [email protected]

I sent this email on January 8th, and today (January 14th), I recieved an email saying that I've been charged for another another month of membership.

My email requesting that my membership be cancelled was disregarded, however. This is unfair and unprofessional.

I am requesting that faithwriters refund me the $10.00 membership charge for January, since I requested that my membership be cancelled 6 days before the last month of my membership had passed.
