I have been a complete idiot and did not read the small print! Duped by a supposed endorsement by a Channel4 beauty journalist. I have so far paid 112.50 three times! And despite returning both subsequent shipments completely intact they are sticking by their no refund after 30 days policy. I should think the contents are probably not worth even 50p in real money, let alone £112.50. They say that my subscription has been cancelled, and that I will receive an email to confirm this within 72 hours. And the money back on the latest delivery. Let's see. The people I spoke to are based in the UK, but refused to give me a UK address; the returns are to Ireland and the complaints department is in Panama!!! What hope have we got.
