My husband and I had an incredible dining experience last night at a new restaurant in Nashville, TN called Etch. The appetizers blew us away. We had the cauliflower, the octopus and shrimp bruschetta, and the butter tasting (yes, butter tasting!) Each one was impressive and beyond our expectations. We then had the duck entree and the short rib entree which were fantastic. The desserts were difficult to decide on, but we chose the panna cotta, and we can't wait to go back to try more! All sounded amazing. The decor is beautiful, ambience is lovely, service was impeccable. Extremely knowledgeable staff, on food and wine, and they were on top of everything, from refilling drinks at just the right moment to refolding the napkins when one of us stepped away from the table for a moment, and all points in between. I highly recommend it for a wonderful evening out.
