My Wife, Family, & I were on vacation in Hilton Head, SC & dined at the Angler S Beach Market Grill located at: 2 N Forest Beach Dr Hilton Head Island, SC 29928 (843) 785-3474 I must say in my 15 years of dining this is the worst experience I have ever had. The problem was the customer service & lack of, this was located on the beach, & was supposed to be a family oriented restaurant. It was everything but, the food, or the waitress wasn't our main issue either, it was actually with the manager himself, he was very rude, & unfriendly with my children. My 2 year old son was being 2 & was up & down before the food arrived, my 9 year old went to take my 2 year old to the restroom, & the manager told my wife & I not to enter the main entrance, as there was an another entrance on the patio which is where we were dining, which implied one thing. On there specials board it stated that with the purchase of an entrée a free glass of wine came with the meal, the free glass of wine was never offered. I contacted the manager the next day which was May 9th at approx 4:19pm, & after I addressed the above he asked if I was done, & offered no apology. It must of been the manager from the evening before that screened the complaint. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone, once again this is the worst overall experience I've ever had.
