According to their tracking record my merchandise has been circulating around Maryland for 2 weeks. At first they said the merchandise was refused at site of delivery but no one knows who refused. Then merchandised was to be returned to store. I called FedEx as soon as I saw the notice and was told the merchandise would be delivered. After it sat around for 4 days at the FedEx place it was put on truck to be returned to store again without being delivered.
