In reference to the Friday morning after thanksgiving sale, our walmart effectivly sold the computers and many other electronics devices before the sale started at 5:00 am. I was told by a manager that at midnite, customers were in the store and put their names on a list for the merchandise, essentialy selling it 5 hours before the advertised sale started.
Several hundred people arriving for the 5:00 am start found themselves taken away from a fair opportunity at purchasing this merchandise. This is in contrast with their 5:00am-11:00 am sale circular. I can see it if you get thre at 10:45 and the merchandise is gone. Most of us were expecting a fair chance, and because of this "spoken for list" didnt get the opportunity.
Also, sale flyers from different regions had the same hours, but different prices for the same merchandise. This also is unfair trade.
