Got conned into buying so called protection for pc, allowed them access, they removed so called junk files and programs yet rang bk week later to say i had more problems and i was being hacked and i needed to purchase more software and protection from them! This morning got a call from them saying that they were closing down support and would like to refund my money, they wanted my bank details to do this so i hung up as i dont get stung twice! Beware people this bunch are dodgy as hell!!!
