AOW is not customer service friendly as well as the cars they sale all have problems. I’ve purchased a car from AOW exactly 2 months ago and as soon as I walked off the lot with the car I started to have problems. I have taken the car to the repair shop 3 times and the manager Steve said he would do his best to see if they can switch the car out for another car but as soon as I kelp asking him what time he works he kelp telling me to speak with a nother manager and why would I do that if you already know the sitaution. They are super friendly and helpful when you first arrive on the lot but as soon as they get your business, they give you the run around.
The receptionist name Paula is very rude and impatient and is in need of some serious customer service skill classes. The Manager will tell you that he would do his best to help you but when you start to ask questions he then give you the run around and tell you oh I don’t have to do anything, sorry….. I am now looking for bylaws of them selling a car that they knew already had problems before they sold the car. Anyway I probably would take a lost on this car and give them back their lemon but then it screws up my credit when all i wan't to do is trade the car for the same value. AOW business has bad management and lousy cars. I've tried ecverything to get this sorted out but Steve is playing games and he is difiantly not professional because he tells you one thing but doesn't hold up to his word. He is not a man of his word and whoever is the owner of this car lot needs to know what type of people they have working for them and they are doing bad buisness for theris company
