This car dealer ship is a RIP OFF. I bought a 2000 BMW 740i from for @11,700 cash on 2/03 and have been having problems with the car every since. I even bought a warrant from them that don't even cover nothing for my car, Guess what my car is presently in the shop at the BMW dealer and it has major problems with it that its going to cost me over $5,000 to get fix. This company is totally a RIP OFF. I'M presently a student at EAST BAY University and is presently fighting Bone Cancer. I'm so devastated with the outcome of the BMW they sold me because i found out that Bay City Motors doesn't put none of their cars on a diagnose machine nor do they tell the truth about the vehicles. They want even give you a real car-fax because the one i have is fake they give me.
Over priced, every vehicle there had some kind of damage that was visible from a distance. My BMW is in the shop with a BMW dealer and i was told that my fan to my engine never worked my expansion tank blow up and their are other major problems going on with my car. I went to talk to the manager on Monday his name is John I went to him and explained to him the condition the car is in and also told him that the warrant they had me sign wasn't the warrant i thought i was getting. So he told me he would get back to me once he speak with the owner. Well he did but he said that the problems that is wrong with my car i did it and that the warrant that i purchase was the powertrain warrant which that wasn't true. Max, Mike maded me a deal if i purchased the AUL warrant which was the RESERVE they i will sale me the car for $11,700 then i said OK because i wouldn't have never purchased the car with out a warrant that didn't cover everything under the hood of the BMW. I have oil leaks, car run hot, the cooling system is messed up. The bottom line is that BAY CITY MOTORS IS A RIP-OFF DEALER SHIP. I even asked who own bay city motors and was denied the owners name. Now I'm working with six people that have bought cars with them and also two lawyers. I tired to get help from them and now a lawsuit is being started. So if their and body else that have bought a car from them and it's a Lemon. Please don't buy a car from them because you are going to get rip-off. I'm also suiting for mental stress because of my illness.
