Addition to VIP Binary complaint also some additional documentation
September 29 - tried to withdraw $5000 of the $9000 I had on account was told by Melissa Lopez it would take seven business days
As time was drawing to the deadline and my balance on the websites had changed was still showing $9000 Melissa put me over to Sarah Barker (no title)
October 10 -upon not receiving my $5000 proceeded to I ask an explanation for not receiving the $5000
Oct. 11 - I decided to start the process to remove the full $9067
October 22nd 2012 finally got an explanation for why I couldn't get my $9067
from Linette Smith Tradersroom Customer Support (no phone #)
October 22 from Linette's explanation I revised my mount to $8,317
It was cancelled I asked for an explanation that I haven't received it yet & that's why lowered my withdrawal to $5,000
