I deposited 5000.00 into the tradersroom.com account. I risked a lot to make several trades in which I profited over 4700.00. On October 4 I made a withdraw request for 5000.00. The original amount I deposited. The withdraw terms state that it takes a maximum of 14 business days. After 14 business days the funds were still not deposited. So then tradersroom.com starts with the, "Your funds will be there tomorrow.." but this was not the case. I was forced to make a dispute to my bank in which I stated that I had made a deposit to tradersroom.com and they did not provide a "service." Which was the only way to describe it on the form, but regardless, it was true. So a few weeks after I made the dispute my request of 5000.00 came through. I am not sure if this was due to the fact that I made a dispute or not. On October 31st I made another withdraw request of 4700.00 which as the total amount of the profits I earned. Tradersroom has now blocked my account because I made a quote on quote "chargeback" and tell me that I cannot receive my profits because I did this. I am now writing customer service back and forth only to get vague and ambiguous replies. I will post them below:

We close your account with us, you ask your bank for a charge back. We send all your money back to your credit card, you will see it in 2 or 3 days. We are sorry for the inconvenience this cause you.

To Tradersroom:

You still owe me over 4700.00. I haven't seen that yet and it has been more than 2 or 3 days. I don't like the fact that I cannot access my account or that you deactivated me with a considerable balance remaining. I risked a lot to build up that sum.

Please contact your bank you request a charge back to your bank. We don't have your money anymore.

I received the charge back, for 5000.00, but there was still a pending request for 3700 and change and another for 1000.00. What happened to those amounts!

You have received the money you deposit back, to Tradersroom. You can't withdraw your profits because you ask for a chargeback. A chargeback is the return of funds to a consumer, forcibly initiated by the consumer's issuing bank. Specifically, it is the reversal of a prior outbound transfer of funds from a consumer's bank account, line of credit, or credit card.

I only requested a chargeback because your company did not fulfill its obligation to honor my withdraw request in a timely manner. It had been over 14 business days and I was being told quote, "your funds will be deposited Friday", then Friday came, now your funds will be deposited Tuesday. And so on. So this is why I requested the chargeback.

On my request to the bank I stated that I had given Tradersroom the funds and you did not give me back the service. Which at the time you had not.
This was the truth and I did it to protect myself.
I never said the charge was fraudulent or that I didn't make it.

So what is the problem then?

What can I do now to get my profits back that has been pending since October 31st?

And where does it state a customer cannot attain profits if he/she requests a chargeback. Especially when Tradersroom does not fulfill its obligations!

Can you answer my questions please.
My account under investigation by who? My bank?
It was not a fraud case that I filled so it shouldn't be.
If you do not honor your contract with me than it will be a case of fraud because you still owe me profits that I acquired.
Now for the second time, what do I have to do to get my profits back that I earned?

I have not received an email back. If anyone has any advice please contact me at (Personal Info Removed)
