I was looking at my bank statement and found two (2) charges taken out of my debit/credit card account amounting to $ 33.98, one on 2/28, the other 3/24 both being $ 16.99 ea. I did not authorize these deduction, nor did I receive any product from this company. I called my bank for an investigation in this matter and they said I had signed up for a FREE something or other on December 31 st and now i am being charged for whatever was supposed to be free and haven't received anything. I want my money and an explanation to what is going on. I want my money refunded... Eileen 3/26
