This company is a joke - Not only can you not reach an operator, they never return emails or communicate with you on their chat window. This company is impossible to deal with and I am overly frustrated that I fell into their trap. Don't use this company - total rip off - go somewhere else to sell your. I am out 68 bucks and my phone. They say that they sent my check but I never received it. I want my phone back or the money. Now!!
