Beware, of Hello Totem

I mailed them my droid pro a month ago, which they received, i still have not recived payment for my phone, and its nearly impossible to get them by email they claim the
y'll return emails in 24 hours, which is another lie. I don't understand why they are allowed to stay in business, stealing from people who obviously need money, else we wouldn't be selling our phones.
