June 29 was when I got the quote from Totem. Recieved email Aug 3 that check was in the mail. Not recieved, no response to calls, emails and now the "live chat" is offline. Either incompetancy or more likely a flat-out scam. I curse that guy in the vest whenever a U-Sell commercial comes on!
