I ordered a trial bottle of liposlim and agreed to pay the $4.95 shipping. My credit card was charged again for $79.99 for another shipment that I did not authorize. I called the company to find out you are talking to a third-party billing company and they agreed to issue me a credit and cancel the account they also gave me a cancellation number. It is now November and I was charged again $79.99. I called again and asked for a supervisor the korean lady I was talking to pretended to put me on hold and get a supervisor but she comes back and tell me she is the supervisor and gives me a different name but the same accent. Like I was stupid enough to believe I was talking to someone else. When I told her that she was the same person and don't play games with me she put me on hold again. A girl gets on the phone and tells me her name is Christine Jones and she is the supervisor and she could not reverse the charge to my credit card because the link was closed and she would send electronically send something to corporate to cut me a paper check and it could take up to 30 days for me to get. I started to ask questions about the corporate office and for a number she could or would not give me any information and became very offensive. I would like my money back right away. I cannot believe that a company is allowed to operate like this and take people money and not give it back.
